About Me

As a certified nutrition and weight management specialist, lifestyle and weight management advisor within the NHS and wellness coach, my qualifications have provided me with insight into the development of many individuals. What I’ve seen, and who I’ve talked to, helped and supported, has taught me that what wellness looks like, how it feels and how it’s achieved, shifts, changing depending on what we need at each stage of our life. No matter what you’re going through, the thinking tactics I apply will stay with you, grounding you in a place where you’re in control.

My Values

My values are what keep me energised. Since opening myself up to wellness, I feel the benefits of embracing habits that fill my days, experiencing firsthand the new strands I’ve incorporated into my every day. Everything has potential, and potential is an abstract we can grasp. We can work to it, concentrating on getting somewhere new in order to find out something new about ourselves. To me, this is achievement. Self-discovery is a magical process, available for all of us to find if we look for it.

I weave this viewpoint into my practice, generating an outlook that promotes wellness from the bottom up.
